By using the Wikiwiki Triathlon website and buying membership from us, you accept and agree to these Terms of Sale, our privacy policy, and applicable terms and conditions, policies or disclaimers found on our website or referenced in these Terms of Sale (collectively the “Our Policies”). We encourage you to read these carefully.
Membership Account.
To become a member of Wikiwiki Triathlon, you are required to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information required by the applicable registration form. You are required to accept a liability waiver as a condition of opening the account. Your use of the account to access the membership content you have acquired from us is subject to all of the terms governing your account. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions of Use. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Disclaimer.
Please note, our coaching sessions, like any type of exercise, are inherently dangerous and can result in personal injury. Any injury sustained from proper or improper use of the sessions is the responsibility of the user, you. Wikiwiki Triathlon Limited and it’s partners disclaim any liability as a result of our coaching resources and always advocate you consult your GP or professional healthcare provider before attempting any exercise or exercise programme. I have read the above liability waiver and understand that I participate in any Wikiwiki Triathlon session/s or follow any advice at my own risk. It is my choice to participate and I accept full responsibility for my actions relating to Wikiwiki Triathlon Ltd. or their partners.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use.
As a condition of your use of our services, you warrant to us that you will not use your membership for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Sale or any other terms that apply to your use of our websites. You may not use your membership in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers, or the network(s) connected to any Wikiwiki Triathlon server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any of servers through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the website. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or sell any products, information or services obtained from the website or your membership.
Materials You Provide to Wikiwiki Triathlon.
We do not claim ownership of the materials you provide to us (including feedback, ratings, and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the membership forums or associated Wikiwiki Triathlon services for review by others (each a “Submission” and collectively “Submissions”). However, you grant us the right to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and display your Submission (for example, for promotional purposes), excluding your name, worldwide. If you publish your Submissions, your Submission may appear in demonstrations or materials that promote our services. You warrant and represent that you have (and will have) all of the rights necessary to make any Submission you provide and to grant these rights to us, on a worldwide basis and for the duration of these rights.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission. Wikiwiki Triathlon is under no obligation to post or use any Submission and we may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion. Wikiwiki Triathlon is not responsible for your Submissions or the material others post, upload, input or submit using the membership forums or our websites.
Terms Relating to the Sale of Products and Services to You
Billing.
By providing us with a payment method, you: (1) represent that you are authorised to use the payment method that you provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate; (2) authorize Wikiwiki Triathlon to charge you for membership and goods using your payment method. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed in connection with your future transactions.
Recurring Payments.
When you purchase membership on a subscription basis (annually), you acknowledge and agree that you are authorising recurring payment, and payments shall be made to us by the method you have chosen, until the subscription is terminated by you or by us. By authorising recurring payments, you are authorizing us to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from your designated account, or as charges to your designated account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). Subscription fees are generally billed or charged in advance of the applicable subscription period. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Wikiwiki Triathlon or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable rejection or insufficient funds fee and to process any such payment as an Electronic Payment.
Availability of Service.
Wikiwiki Triathlon may refuse or reject any order at any time, refunding you any monies you have paid for a membership, for legitimate reasons which include, but are not limited to, if you have not met the conditions specified at the time of the order, if your payment cannot be processed or if your membership represents a conflict of interest to Wikiwiki Triathlon. Wikiwiki Triathlon may refuse or reject any membership at any time , with no refund of monies you have paid for a membership, for legitimate reasons which include, but are not limited to, you consistently break our Terms and Conditions of Use, use inappropriate language or do not carry yourself in the standard we require of our members in relation to us, other members or any third parties associated with us. Membership will be removed and cancelled, with no refund of monies paid for membership, if we believe your membership represents a conflict of interest to Wikiwiki Triathlon.
Pricing.
Depending on your location, some transactions might require foreign currency conversion or be processed in another country. Your bank might charge you additional fees for those services when you use a credit or debit card. Please contact your bank for details.
Automatic Renewal Selection.
Provided that automatic renewals are allowed in your country, region, province, or state, you may choose for products or services to automatically renew at the end of a fixed service period. We will remind you by email before any product or service renews for a new term. Once we have reminded you that you elected to automatically renew your product or service, we may automatically renew the product or service at the end of the current service period and charge you the price you signed up for, for the new renewal term, unless you have chosen to cancel the product or service as described below. We will also remind you that we will bill your chosen payment method for the renewal, whether it was on file on the renewal date or provided later. We will also provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the products or services. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal.
Refund Policy.
Purchases of Wikiwiki Triathlon membership are final and non-refundable and you will not have a right of withdrawal for these purchases. As the services and information we provide as part of your membership is instantly accessible, Wikiwiki Triathlon operate a strict no refund under any circumstance policy.

Authorised Use.
Age of use is 18. You acknowledge that you are authorised to place an order and to perform any other legal acts required of you under these Terms of Sale.

IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM OR DELAY IN PERFORMING ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS TO THE EXTENT THAT THE FAILURE OR DELAY IS CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL (SUCH AS LABOUR DISPUTES, ACTS OF GOD, WAR OR TERRORIST ACTIVITY, MALICIOUS DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS OR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR GOVERNMENT ORDER). WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECTS OF ANY OF THESE EVENTS AND TO PERFORM THE OBLIGATIONS THAT AREN’T AFFECTED.
